Our tomatoes are D.O.P. certified from the San Marzano region of Italy. Our flour is always unbleached non-bromated. The result is a better tasting healthier pizza for you & your family. Our dough is made fresh using a starter culture with a minimum 48 hour rise. This process allows us to give our crust amazing textures and flavors so we can create pizza with that traditional taste you remember from the past. We cater for any occasion. We deliver or you can always pick up as we'll have your order ready at your specified time. We are located in the Cortlandt Town Center right next to the Regal Cinema Movie Theater.
